The Watergroep - Intake Channel
Our achievement:
Within a project of The Watergroep, inspections were carried out at three specific locations. One of these locations is the intake channel at a water production center. This intake channel plays a crucial role in water treatment and serves as the initial point where raw water is captured before entering the reservoir. It is the starting point of an extensive water purification process.
The central goal of this specific task is to meticulously map the intake channel in every detail. This drone inspection is realized through the use of advanced technologies such as photogrammetry, 3D scanning, sonar, and LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging). The ultimate aim is to create a highly accurate 3D model that provides an in-depth insight into the physical structure of the intake channel.
The significant advantage is that SkyeBase can perform all these inspection methods entirely under one roof, thus offering a comprehensive solution to the customer. This includes data collection to reporting.
