Renotec – Inspection of a church

We realised a visual inspection of the Sint-Willibrordus church in Merksplas at the assignment of the Renotec company. The entire exterior of the church was inspected for damage to roof, masonry, etc.
From the air, many things could be determined such as blown away ridge pans, damaged slates resulting in leaks, poor jointing, etc.
The customer received a clear report with the identified defects with the location and severity.
In a short period of time and in a safe way, an overall condition can be drawn up without having to use scaffolding, aerial work platforms or climbers.
With the results of the report, preventive and curative maintenance can be estimated more correctly. After all, there is now a clear overview of damage, the severity and their location.
Serious defects can be repaired in a targeted and fast manner to limit subsequent damage.
