Inspection of an aquaduct
in the coastal region

Aquaducts needs to be inspected periodically in order to detect cracks, concrete rot and deformation of the structure. When an aquaduct is hard to enter with a boat or the costs of pumping out the water are high an underwater drone (ROV) can be applicable. By using this tool the asset can be inspected under water with a RGB camera and/or sonar. Above the water line a high resolution camera can be used. 3D models can also be made to make reporting and follow-up more efficient. Inspection with a ROV is safer, faster and more coherent for data analyses afterwards.
