SKYEBASE conducts drone operations and presents the resulting data and insights in a clear and innovative manner. As a Management Assistant, you will work closely with the management team and support SKYEBASE in scaling its activities. You will assist various departments, including operations, marketing, finance, legal, and HR.
What profile are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and approachable individual with a proactive attitude, skill set, and mindset to join our team. We are looking for someone who has:
- An entrepreneurial scale-up mindset with a “sense of urgency” approach
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferably, training or education as a management assistant
- Interest in innovations, technology, and industrial environments
- Language skills: Dutch (native), English (spoken and written), French (a plus)
- A well-organized, structured, and analytical approach
- The ability to multitask, with high energy and eagerness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Flexibility in working hours
- The ability to work remotely (50% of the time)
Preferred but not required:
- A driver’s license (Category B)
- Experience with sales, marketing, CRM, VCA, ISO9001:2015, or drone regulations
Your daily tasks
As a Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting management and various departments at SKYEBASE. Your tasks will include:
- Administrative support for management
- Taking minutes and following up on action points from meetings
- Preparing and managing reports and documentation
- Calendar management and scheduling appointments and meetings
- General support within SKYEBASE
- Coordinating and organizing events, workshops, and internal activities
- Managing correspondence and supporting internal and external communication
- Administrative support for departments
- Tracking and managing timesheets and work schedules
- Administering ISO/VCA/aviation regulations
- Managing contracts, personnel records, and other HR processes
- Processing purchase invoices and providing legal support
- Purchasing materials for the organization
- Operational support
- Registering employees at customer sites
- Assisting in the preparation of basic projects with technical team support
- Providing administrative assistance with report processing
- Marketing support
- Managing social media channels, including drafting and posting content
- Maintaining and optimizing the website (SEO) and blogging about projects
- Assisting in organizing trade fairs and events
