SKYEBASE executes drone and robot operations, presenting the resulting data and insights in an organized and innovative way. As Inside Technical Sales, you will work closely with the Chief Business Officer, the Outside Technical Sales team, and our Operations department to help scale SKYEBASE’s sales efforts across Europe.
What profile are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive, extroverted, and dynamic individual to join our team. We are seeking someone who has:
- An entrepreneurial scale-up mindset with a “sense of urgency” approach
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- A technical and business-related educational background
- Interest in innovations, technology, and industrial environments
- Experience in industrial settings and knowledge of inspection regulations (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in (technical) sales support and CRM
- Fluency in Dutch (native), proficiency in English (spoken and written), and knowledge of French (a plus)
- A well-organized, structured, and analytical work style
- The ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- High energy, an open mindset, and eagerness to learn
- Flexible working hours
- A driver’s license (Category B)
- Availability to start as soon as possible
Your daily tasks
As Inside Technical Sales, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, working alongside the sales and operations teams to prepare technical proposals. You will be the first internal point of contact for customers with questions, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Your responsibilities include:
- Technical advice and support: Addressing technical inquiries and ensuring proper follow-up
- Sales process support: Preparing proposals and quotes, including technical specifications and pricing
- Contact and relationship management: Acting as the point of contact for customers via phone and email, managing and developing relationships with existing customers, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Product knowledge: Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services and staying informed about new technologies and industry trends
- Problem-solving: Identifying customer issues and providing practical solutions
- Administrative tasks: Maintaining customer information in CRM systems
