Le piperack, une structure complexe avec plusieurs niveaux, constituait le c\u0153ur de notre projet. L&rsquo;objectif principal \u00e9tait une \u00e9valuation approfondie de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 visuelle et thermique, en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur l&rsquo;identification pr\u00e9cise des \u00e9ventuels dommages ou probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>Notre engagement allait au-del\u00e0 de cela. Nous avons \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9 une <strong>inspection visuelle<\/strong> approfondie, comprenant une mesure de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des parois, sur le r\u00e9servoir de stockage. Cette entreprise ambitieuse a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible en d\u00e9ployant des technologies de drone et de capteurs de pointe qui abordent les processus d&rsquo;inspection industrielle sous un tout nouveau jour.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces <strong>technologies<\/strong> avanc\u00e9es, nous avons effectu\u00e9 des inspections visuelles et <strong>thermiques<\/strong> d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur le piperack, les donn\u00e9es \u00e9tant ensuite trait\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er un mod\u00e8le 3D extr\u00eamement d\u00e9taill\u00e9. Ce mod\u00e8le met en \u00e9vidence clairement les dommages et les points critiques, tout en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant simultan\u00e9ment un nuage de points pour localiser les emplacements encore plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment. Le r\u00e9sultat est que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe est d\u00e9sormais capable de prendre des mesures cibl\u00e9es et d&rsquo;optimiser les strat\u00e9gies de maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet d\u00e9montre notre d\u00e9vouement aux technologies innovantes et aux am\u00e9liorations op\u00e9rationnelles, ainsi que notre collaboration avec Ineos Phenol pour maintenir leurs installations de mani\u00e8re
