Comme aucun syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection des fuites n&rsquo;est actif dans les parties les plus anciennes du r\u00e9seau de chaleur, celles-ci sont maintenues dans un \u00e9tat optimal.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une cam\u00e9ra thermique permet de d\u00e9tecter les pertes de chaleur, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les endroits o\u00f9 la gaine isolante des conduites de chaleur n&rsquo;isole plus, ce qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir une carte sur laquelle les d\u00e9fauts sont clairement indiqu\u00e9s et visualis\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;images RVB et d&rsquo;images thermiques. En d\u00e9tectant ces endroits, il est possible de programmer des r\u00e9parations pr\u00e9ventives et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter une fuite effective.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode permet de travailler de mani\u00e8re plus s\u00fbre et de gagner du temps et de l&rsquo;argent en d\u00e9tectant les d\u00e9fauts d&rsquo;isolation \u00e0 un stade
